You can register an account on our XMPP server. This is the only way to register an account and an email address is required to register.
Service upgrade July 2nd/3rd

Downtime today
The XMPP service crashed early this morning and has now been restored. This appears to have been due to excessive connection attempts by one user. Am investigating further.
Problems this afternoon
We experienced some problems with the XMPP server this afternoon as it seems we had been butting up against some resource limits. These have been increased which I’m hoping will be enough to run the server without further problems. At least not ones from the limits.
Upcoming changes
Website: I’m replacing the theme that WordPress uses to make the website at least look vaguely modern with a responsive design to work on tablets and phones as well.
