Register
You can register an account on our XMPP server. This is the only way to register an account and an email address is required to register.
Server restart
The server had to be pulled offline for some maintenance earlier. Apologies for the abrupt nature of this, but it’s working once again.
Migration Closed
Jabber.org.uk account migration has been going on for over six months and so it has now been closed. You can now register new accounts (using “Your Account” in the Links on the right) on the jabber.org.uk domain. MSN issues
It seems that the MSN Transport seems to have stopped working down to a client version bug. It’s been fixed and you should be able to run it again.
Last chance to migrate your account…
As of August 15th it will be six months since we migrated to ejabberd. On or after the 16th we will be opening up the jabber.org.uk domain for new registrations and you will no longer be able to migrate pre-ejabberd accounts. Service restart – Updated
This jabber service will have to be restarted shortly to upgrade SSL keys as per Debian Security Advisory 1571 . Update: Key has been updated and everything is back running again.
