Server downtime
I’m afraid the server died early Sunday morning and attempts to get it working did not succeed. The machine has been rebuild and Jabber services have been resumed. Configuration has been restored and no data should have been lost.

The ICQ Transport has been updated to 0.8.1.2 which seems to be a bit more reliable on connection stability.
Ejabberd crashed at some point around 1am GMT last night and it’s not been restarted along with the transports.
The server had to be pulled offline for some maintenance earlier. Apologies for the abrupt nature of this, but it’s working once again.
Jabber.org.uk account migration has been going on for over six months and so it has now been closed. You can now register new accounts (using “Your Account” in the Links on the right) on the jabber.org.uk domain.
