Service downtime today
The jabber.org.uk service will unavailable for a period of 30mins this afternoon due to the server swtching power supplies.

Recent downtime
We’ve had problems recently due to the server the jabber.org.uk service runs upon. Unfortunatly the last crash caused a few problems on one of the filesystem for the service. It has now been fixed and the service is running again.

IRC & Yahoo Updated
The IRC and Yahoo! transports have been updated and seem now to be more reliable.

Downtime
The jabber.org.uk service was down for a period this morning as the co-location centre lost power (and their backup didn’t back it up).

Web Ports – Updated
Ports 80 (unencrypted) and 443 (ssl) are not currently working. I’m aware of the problem and am currently trying to fix it, so there is no need to email in to tell me any more (there were a few of you).
Hopefully I’ll get this nailed down soon.
Updated 16 May: Ports 80 and 443 are now working.
